Q: Why did you become a barista?
I became a barista due to my love for coffee. I love making coffee and watching customers smile when they drink the handcrafted coffee that I prepared.
Q: What’s the best part of the job? Which part is the worst?
The best part of my job is interacting with customers; knowing which coffee they like, knowing how they want it, and seeing the smile on their faces after drinking it. There are definitely ups and downs, but they are all essential to making the best coffee that I can serve.
Q: What makes a regular cup of coffee amazing?
When you put your heart and soul into making the cup of coffee, with the belief that the customer would have a better day after drinking it.
Q: How much coffee do you drink in a day?
1-2 cups of coffee a day, as I prefer preparing coffee for others more than drinking it.
Q: What do you do for fun?
I like watching comedy movies, singing, dancing and hanging out with my friends.
Q: How do you deal with really difficult/demanding customers?
No matter how demanding or difficult a customer may be, I still happily serve them with a smile.
Q: If you weren’t a barista, what would you like to be?
I would be a flight attendant, since I would still be able to serve coffee to passengers, as well as interact with them whilst traveling the world.
Q: What’s your favorite treat to have with your coffee?
I love having chocolate with my coffee, as those are the two best things in the world – so why not pair them?
