The details of the décor are reminiscent of the charm and panache of elegant Italy mixed with modern elements. Every piece of the enchanting old European décor: the pictures, furniture and furnishings has been imported from Italy, as well as the kitchen equipment for an infusion of Italy.
The restaurant’s sophisticated structural details are offset by rich hues of brown and the expert use of lighting for a soothing effect. Guests are serenaded with music by a talented pianist on the grand piano, which sets the mood for extravagant dining.

Dancing on your tongue, the names on the menu promise many delicious surprises. To satisfy my craving for eggplant, I selected the Parmigiana di Melanzane Tascano, with its amazing accompanying sauce.
Presentation ranks high in Bice, which was why the Bice’s Carpaccio di Manzo, appeared in an artful color arrangement on the plate. The hand-cut slices of Angus beef were truly exceptional. Vegetarian lovers can indulge in the flavorsome salads, like the Insalata Caprese, which is perfection. I relished the organic buffalo mozzarella from Caserta and enjoyed the ripe cherry tomatoes.
The fresh and savory taste of the dishes are extraordinary, and it was due to the freshest and finest ingredients that are ordered daily for the restaurant. They are imported from exotic or European locations to give palates quite a stir.
An example of their rich specialties, Mazara del Vallo is from the special daily Chef menu. The divine taste of the Red Shrimp of Mazara in Sicily causes your senses to reverberate with pleasure.
Risotto Ai Funghi Porcini, a creamy risotto with Porcini mushrooms is scrumptious. Meanwhile, the Costolette d’agnello Alla Toscana, a rack of lamb drizzled in Tuscan garlic and herbs sauce is delicious.
Aside from their mouth-watering range of finely cooked meats, they offer a plethora of pastas that are a burst; Linguine Ai Frutti Di Mare (linguine with shellfish and seafood) and Paccheri Con Pescatrice Pomodorini E Cozze, is intensely satisfying pasta with the marriage of monkfish and mussels. The Ravioli Con Aragosta Gamberetti E Vongole, a combination of lobster cooked with prawns and clams, makes one salute the art of cooking seafood.
Many diners have named Branzino Al Forno the best sea bass in town, particularly cooked to unleash a wealth of flavors. One bite made me wish I never had to taste anything average again.
Make sure you finish the meal with something sweet, choosing one of the many desserts that take you to great heights of sweet ecstasy. The Pannacotta Con Salsa Lamponi is a lovely delicacy and the chocolate desserts ooze goodness.
The dishes are potent, igniting your taste buds with their cornucopia of flavors. One sitting at Bice is not enough to appreciate the variety and exclusivity of the restaurant’s beautiful cuisine.
The waiters undergo an intensive training process, where they are tutored on speaking, manners and the restaurants own internal rules. To meet the expectations of high class cliental such as ambassadors and VIPs the expectations of Bice are high. Although every diner is made to feel special with the high service standards they uphold. Waiters are always attentive, polite and affable.
Executive Chef, Andrea Parente, who is responsible for the wonderful cuisine, says it is very fulfilling to see customers enjoy his dishes, created with his expertise and enthusiasm. He revealed that each dish stays true to the essence of Italian cuisine.
