Q: What inspired you to create a new business concept?
Kuwait’s market demands the highest standards of services and product offerings, but some industries never truly developed to their potential. The founder of Mr. Cleavers saw the gap in the meat market and placed this business with a strong foundation of meat knowledge, customer service, creative product offerings and keeping the integrity of reasonable prices within reach of the average consumer.
Q: What experience most defined your decision and desire to get into the food industry?
Grilling home-prepared BBQ for my family and friends.
Q: What do you love the most about your current job?
In the few years of managing Mr. Cleavers, I had the privilege of raising the butchery service standards in Kuwait. We inspire big collaborations in the meat industry to upgrade their product offering and services for their clients, as well as creating the “Burger Box” market craze.
Q: Where is your favorite place to shop for food and ingredients in Kuwait?
Saveco and Lulu Hyper Market.
Q: What food most reminds you of your family’s house, and why?
Traditional Kuwaiti, specifically Harees, because my family is known for making this dish very well.
Q: When you want to go somewhere else to eat, where do you go and why?
I love trying new restaurants with different cuisines, but my favorite restaurants are steakhouses.

My family and my friends.
