What experience most defined your decision and desire to get into the food industry?
I have always loved preparing the best food I can offer to my family. Since I joined Williams Sonoma, I discovered very exciting opportunities to improve my cooking skill and knowledge.. I gained more knowledge about continental food and spices and enhanced my skills through practice.
What do you love the most about your current job?
What I like the most is the freedom that my managers constantly give me to explore things that I love to prepare. I feel proud and happy when customers come back and give positive feedback on any advice I previously shared, or products related to what I had prepared in the Williams Sonoma Cooktop.
Where is your favorite place to shop for food and ingredients in Kuwait?
Dean & Deluca.
What food most reminds you of your family’s house, and why?
Ikan bakar is an Indonesian dish of charcoal-grilled fish or other ingredients of seafood. It is my family’s favorite dish in JAWA. The aroma from the charcoal grill reminds me of childhood memories.
When you want to go somewhere else to eat, where do you go and why?
I love to go to Asha’s Restaurant because they use typical Indian spices.

For my Family and colleagues at work.
