Q: What experience most defined your decision and desire to get into the food industry?
Feeding people was always our passion, especially when we started at Qout Market back in 2014. The satisfied expressions we got from people when they first tried our sandwich (the Sloppy Moe) made us decide to get into the F&B industry.
Q: What do you love the most about your current job?
Cooking for people, and making them smile afterwards.
Q: Where is your favorite place to shop for food and ingredients in Kuwait?
You don’t have the luxury to have a favorite place to shop from when you start working in the F&B industry, it all depends on where can you find your ingredients.
Q: What food most reminds you of your family’s house, and why?
Any dish with rice and meat.
Q: When you want to go somewhere else to eat, where do you go and why?
Street Almakan is one of my favorite places to dine in, but I also order CHKN for delivery.
Q: Who in the world would you most like to cook for?
Usually people answer this question with some sort of celebrity they would love to cook for, but in my case, cooking for friends is always something I look forward to.
