Project5miles is a social health initiative aiming to make healthy lifestyle everyone’s commodity. When joining P5M classes you become a part of a vibrant community that’s fun and active. A healthy lifestyle, and an encouraging group of people around you, is all you need for a good life. With several kinds of yoga there are also activities such as park running, guest yoga teachers and community volunteering. Most recently they have added Zumba to the exciting menu of what’s on offer!
