As writers, we’ve always considered Starbucks as our haven where we go and write our articles in a comfortable and peaceful environment. From the tantalizing flavors of the special Reserve blends, to our regular order of an ice shaken double espresso, Starbucks has always been and continues to be our ‘3rd place’. A place between home and the office—a place to relax, unwind, meet a friend and enjoy a cup of coffee and more importantly finish all of our assignments for the monthly edition of bazaar. When we learned about their revamped menu filled with delectable food offerings, we couldn’t wait to try them out!
Given that Starbucks beverages are constantly evolving, the brand decided to implement this attitude to the food offerings available across all Starbucks outlets. The food and beverage experience is set to the highest standards, and even the packaging has been refreshed to boast a much more contemporary colorful design which showcases this new range perfectly.
The revamped sandwich and salad range is the first step towards the Starbucks MENA food transformation, and it includes a new variety of flavors and bread types. Essentially, there is something for everybody’s distinguished taste palates. They decided on this range by engaging with their customers and asking them about what they wished to see in-store. All of these suggestions helped Starbucks develop the products and deliver a completely new range for customers to enjoy. All of the food products are produced locally and are crafted from the highest quality ingredients.
For health conscious customers, Starbucks have five low-in-fat products that provide guilt free indulgence. Healthy yet flavorsome, customers will now be able to enjoy products including Tandoori Chicken in a Tomato and Onion Sub, Mini Chicken Wraps, and a Chicken, Mozzarella, Tomato and Pesto Baguette. You can also indulge in a Mixed Berry or Mango Granola and a Fruit Salad to satisfy those sweet cravings in a healthier manner. For vegetarians, Starbucks also offers the Four Cheese & Roasted Tomato Sub, the Arabian Halloumi Ciabatta, the Vegetarian Mini Wrap Pack, the Goats Cheese, and the Sundried Tomato and Rocket Salad.
If, like us, you find yourself stuck with several sandwich options come lunchtime, then the new Mini Sandwich and Mini Wrap packs containing three different flavor varieties per pack, are perfect, even for sharing (only if you’re feeling generous, that is!) The Mini Sandwich pack come in various options and include Mini Steak, Mini Chicken, and Mini Turkey and Cheese sandwiches, while the wraps are offered in the Mexican Chicken, Chicken Caesar and Moroccan Chicken variety. Vegetarian options are once again present in the form of the Halloumi, Feta & Spinach and a Mozzarella, Tomato & Pesto Wrap pack. If mini-style sandwiches won’t satisfy your hunger, then The Classic Club Sandwich, Steak Baguette, Salmon Roll, Turkey and Cheese Brown Loaf, the Goats Cheese, and Sundried Tomato and Rocket Salad with a Balsamic Vinegar Dressing are other great options to choose from. When we learned that Starbucks kept customer favorites like the Arabian Halloumi Ciabatta and the Four Cheese Foccacia, we were elated! Other incredible lunch options include the signature salads, like the Grand Chicken Caesar Salad, and Garden Tuna Salad.
Breakfast options have also been revamped, and while the classic Blueberry Muffin will always have a special place in our hearts, we loved the selection of Mini Croissants and the Breakfast roll. Both options make for a fantastic way to start off the day.
