What experience most defined your decision and desire to get into the food industry?
The desire and the decision to import fresh cheeses. They are preservative free and it is a unique project in The Gulf.
Where is your favorite place to shop for food and ingredients in Kuwait?
Saveco. It has everything including organic and healthy food.
What food most reminds you of your mother’s house, and why?
Orange, because my mom is addicted, and whenever I meet her she is eating an orange.
When you want to go somewhere else to eat, where do you go and why?
Japanese restaurants, due to the options of salmon and tuna (without sauces) as they are healthy, low in calories and non-fat. Also they are especially high in omega-3 and 6, which have many health benefits.
