When Alfa Romeo and Sauber announced their partnership late last year, we were sure that great things were coming our way. And the recent launch of the C37, the championship challenger for the 2018 Formula 1 showcases their technical prowess as one of the great names in the motorsport’s premium championship.
Alfa Romeo dominated the Formula 1 World Championship since its inception in the 1950s. The thirty-year absence has had everyone hungry and curious for what could be next.

New technical regulations and the team’s new approach the C37 is visually different compared to last year’s C36. The design has a new aerodynamic philosophy and the new 2018 Ferrari engine. Official roll-out and winter testing has already taken place at the Circuit de Catalunya near Barcelona last month. But they don’t intend to stop there and will be making improvements as the season goes on.

The comeback also brings back the “Quadrifoglio” or the four-leaf clover badge that has been on many championship winning cars. We hope the good-luck emblem still works!
Marcus Ericsson and Charles Leclerc will both be behind the wheel. Frédéric Vasseur, Team Principal believes that this is the perfect line-up. Ericsson brings his expertise to the track while Leclerc has already been crowned as the F2 winner and is a very promising rookie.
