For the third year in a row, beautique cosmetics international showcased their brands at Professional Beauty GCC, in Dubai. The exhibition is the biggest industry trade show for beauty professionals in the region and has been growing bigger and better every year. This year’s event was held at the Dubai Festival City Arena and brands from all over the world came to showcase the
beautique cosmetics had a lot to celebrate. Presenting their new brand, La Tweez. Crafted from the finest stainless steel, the hand filed tips are perfectly aligned and guaranteed to tweeze. The ultra-bright LED light illuminates your eyebrows and allows you to see those hard to reach hairs. Perfect for both home and on the go, the chic compact carrying case has a built-in magnifying mirror. You can finally get them in the GCC, in a wide range of colors and kits, these tweezers are fast becoming a favorite essential in every boss lady’s beauty kit! The company introduced Label.m to Dubai as the official distributor. After its huge success in Kuwait expanding to Dubai was the natural progression for beautique.
Max Lamparter, Global Educator of Label.m took the stage as the guest of honor and the presenter of the Beauty Salon of the Year Award at the Professional Beauty Awards Night. The two-day event included a booth during the day too. Sarah Clark the Business Development Manager for Label.m was another special guest. She hosted the exhibit stages and delivered key insights to the brand and each of its core product categories, Cleanse, Condition, Create and Complete.
On the second day, Sarah hosted as Max took the stage along with two of the TONI&GUY Kuwait Stylists, Fiona Spratley and Catherine Jones, demonstrating their talents on models to achieve styles from Label.m’s latest campaign Get The Look2. Cuts and styles, worked with the best of LM styling products transformed every day hair to cutting-edge artistry from the hair masters.
Social Media rising star Sara Sofi @IamSarahSofi shone at the booth, as she explored all the product ranges and had a consultation with Max, who introduced her to the life-changing Texturizing Spray and for an added dose of oomph he added Resurrection Dust, the must- have miracle powder that maximizes root lift, volume and amazing texture.
PR Maven, Tara Sillery, worked the crowd as she cheered on her favorite products. A beautique devotee for some time, she knew her way through the booth like the back of her hand, but there were some surprises to come.
CUCCIO’s latest innovation, Peel-it! Unlike anything else in the market, the polish glides on seamlessly, dries in place and stays on as a gel polish for up to two weeks till you decide to simply peel it off! This works perfectly for those that need to quickly remove the polish for praying purposes.
Tangle Teezer’s Wet Detangler was a huge hit. After the successful launch in Avenues Kuwait, there was no doubt that the brush would be just as popular in Dubai. The whole range of Invisibobbles just flew off the shelves. Exhibition goers couldn’t keep their hands off the favorites, basic collection, Cheat Day (scented bands with flavors such as Cookie-dough, Macarons, Chocolate and Donuts), the sports range, power and multi-bands. The Sprunchie, a cross between the intelligent construction of an invisibobble and a velvet scrunchie exterior was another huge hit. The 90’s called and were jealous and we understand. Even Jason Momoa was seen rocking one at the Oscars this year that was designed for him by the late Karl Lagerfeld. It was one of the last things the famed designer created via Fendi.
