In the beginning, I started cooking to support my family – then it became a passion. I’ve been cooking for more than 25 years now.

Ubon, Thailand

Cooked lotus flower, with its roots.

I believe that with cooking, you can always get creative and use what’s in your kitchen.

I rarely eat sandwiches, probably once or twice a year.
Q: How does your personality differ inside and outside the kitchen?
I am more focused in the kitchen.

I watch boxing matches.

I would be in a farm somewhere, farming and making my own food.
