London-based fashion brand COS embraces the month of Ramadan with a limited-edition womenswear collection. The latest capsule features elevated everyday designs to mark time spent with loved ones, alongside elegant occasion wear pieces for the forthcoming Eid Al-Fitr celebrations.
Encouraging experimentation, interchangeable separates in a vibrant blue are designed to bring comfort and versatility to set dressing. Traditional tailoring is reimagined; presented in a monochrome palette, a classic white shirt set adorned with a unique floral-inspired artwork is crafted using intricate silver embroidery. An ideal layering staple, the functional trench coat is modernized in a sleeveless design, adding a new dimension to everyday dressing.
Setting the tone for the Eid Al-Fitr celebrations, refined wide-leg trousers and asymmetric shirting in a rich brown create an elegantly sophisticated silhouette. Encapsulating COS’ core principles of timelessness and quality, a softly draped jumpsuit allows fluid movement, designed to be worn seamlessly from day-to-evening. A contemporary suit in a soft lilac hue ensures an understated elegance, finished with an elongated hem and single-breasted fastening.
Continuing its commitment to more sustainable materials, the collection is crafted from natural and organic fibers, light linen, and cotton, as well as innovative fabrics such as Naia cellulosic acetate, a traceable material made from sustainably sourced wood pulp, known for its softness.
The collection will be introduced in two parts, with the first part launching on the 20th of February and the second on the 12th of March.
