Q: What experience most defined your decision and desire to get into the food industry?
The passion to help people experience the lightness and benefits of a plant-based lifestyle. Having options and trying it out helps people experience the positive outcomes, which will hopefully change the perception of how vegan food is.
Q: What do you love the most about your current job?
I love having conversations with people that walk in, and putting a smile on their faces. I love that it acts as an oasis for any individual to express their talents or collaborate with like-minded people.
Q: Where is your favorite place to shop for food and ingredients in Kuwait?
SaveCo.
Q: What food most reminds you of your family’s house, and why?
My grandmother’s friend from Germany used to live with us and helped raise us. She would make the best cucumber dill salad and homemade pasta.
Q: When you want to go somewhere else to eat, where do you go and why?
I would go to Ginger. It’s a delicious Thai vegan restaurant that makes food fresh on the spot.
Q: Who in the world would you most like to cook for?
The person I’d want to cook for would be Kyrie Irving. He went plant-based, so would cool to create a dish for him.

Q: What do you think will be the biggest food trend of 2018?
The biggest food trend of 2018 will be the move towards a healthier, plant-based way of life.
