It’s amazing to think that Ferrari has been in the United Arab Emirates for 25 years! To celebrate the friendship in fitting style, Ferrari organized the first International Cavalcade in the region, bringing together nearly 100 cars with clients from over 20 different countries.
The Cavalcade International – now on its third outing – is a unique opportunity for Ferrari owners to drive on routes that have been meticulously planned for the pure enjoyment of their cars’ performance. In other words, a spectacular traveling showcase, starring these exclusive models.
The 1,200 kilometer long itinerary, which was driven over three days, started from Dubai and tackled a series of fascinating roads that wound their way through the desert and up the hairpins of Jebel Jais mountain. They made their way back for a special display at the foot of Burj Khalifa, which was lit in red for the occasion.
The vehicles also drove along the Gulf coast, heading to Abu Dhabi to visit the Sheik Zayed Grand Mosque. They also stopped at the Dubai Autodrome, where drivers got to unleash their cars’ potential, and also at the Ferrari World theme park in Abu Dhabi.
