In a celebration of cultural exchange and shared values, the H&M Kuwait team had the honor of hosting His Excellency Fredrik Florén, the Swedish Ambassador to the UAE, Kuwait, and Ambassador-Designate to Bahrain, at Burj Alshaya. The event provided an enriching platform for dialogue, highlighting the synergy between Swedish fashion ethos and H&M’s commitment to sustainability, innovation, and community engagement. As the world’s largest H&M store plays host to such a distinguished guest, this occasion marks a significant milestone in fostering global friendship through the vibrant and inclusive world of fashion.

The event gave H&M Store Managers and colleagues the opportunity to better understand the core values shared by both H&M and Swedish culture. H.E. Fredrik Florén shared his professional journey, his various diplomatic postings and his experiences with H&M. He also spoke about his sustainability efforts as well as work-life balance.
