The newest concept from celebrated, local chef, foodie, and restaurateur Ahmed Al Bade: Habra Beef Canteen. After his switch to consulting for a couple of years, Chef Ahmed with Group Six set to work on a new culinary directive: To co-create Habra. Chef Ahmed’s first step towards Habra was to create a wish list of meats. From there, he went on to source the meats that would work best for the menu he envisioned. Read all about it here.
