H&M launched its membership program in Kuwait on 15th of Dec. The program rewards members for their loyalty with special discounts and personalized offers, different delivery options, exclusive access to events, experiences, exciting competitions and more.
The H&M membership program is digital and free of charge. There is no plastic card or printed vouchers needed to use the member benefits or redeem offers. Simply register at the store, on the app or on the website or upgrade your existing account to a membership by simply logging in. Points and offers can be claimed both online and in stores.
H&M members can collect points towards their purchases both online and in stores. The program also goes beyond the traditional point collecting and periodic discounts to offer various activities and experiences. H&M will continue to expand the program and add more features to reward and simplify customers’ H&M experience.

H&M loyalty program is two tiers. After collecting enough points, members will become Plus Members. Members of this category will receive additional exciting offers and benefits.
H&M Plus members get extra perks like additional discounts, free shipping without a cap as well as other special offers and discounts. Plus members will also enjoy additional exciting benefits including pre-access to offers, unique access to special collections and invitations to exclusive experiences and shopping events.
Customers who sign up for a membership through the store, the H&M app or on kw.hm.com until 24 December will receive a 20% discount as a one-time launch offer to be used online or in store. (Terms and Conditions apply).
