If I could choose, I would choose online shopping every time. I don’t have to brave the dressing room or stand in line. Sadly, I have to order from abroad and I hate waiting and paying an arm and a leg for shopping. Not any more!
H&M’s Kuwait online store is live! I am not confessing, but I might have just spent a good hour deciding on what I am ordering. My shopping cart may or may not have 21 items. They’re not all for me, promise!
The Mens and Kids departments are also online. I don’t know about you, but my dude is the world’s worst shopper. He hates it, puts it off until it becomes an emergency because it bores his socks off. Shopping online is easier for him. It is also adorable when he sends me links to the things he likes. If shopping with a man can be testing, try taking a child along! They whine, they get hungry, they need to go. And when they are done with all of that, they really love hiding under the long coats. Don’t ask! So many problems solved, especially that H&M have some of the coolest kid-approved outfits.
Delivery is free for orders more than 25KD and takes 1 to 2 days. You can easily track your order. And if you need to return something just take it to your nearest store. It is all about convenience and Click & Collect is perfect for people like me. Instead of delivering to you, your order is delivered to a store of your choice and you can pick it up. That takes all the hassle out of a shopping experience, no standing in line or braving the dressing rooms. It is also perfect for the savvy buyer. Discounted items and offers are easier to find. More money, time and energy for a latte on your way home.
I already know what my sizes are at H&M but if you are worried about that, use the sizing guide. The guide explains how to measure yourself and what size to get. It is pretty easy and is much better than guessing. I have found in the past that clothes fit better when I focus on my measurements instead of the size on the label.
But I am most excited about H&M Home being there too! The only branch in Kuwait so far is the one at the Avenues. I don’t always have the time to make the trek. And I have a teeny tiny candle hoarding problem. I am so glad I won’t be the one who has to carry the rug, blankets and cushions that are in my cart.
Now excuse me while I go add a couple of other things and hit check out!
