I must admit, when I first heard about i’m Watch as the world’s first real smart watch, I was slightly confused—how could a watch be smart? Shouldn’t it simply tell me what time it is? Oddly enough, the team that brought this innovative watch to Kuwait and the GCC fell into fits of laughter upon hearing my question. So, what makes i’m Watch a smart watch?

AAB: i’m Watch is smart because it is powered by Android technology, making this watch smart and practical. For instance when I’m at a long business meeting, I feel rude when I’m constantly checking my phone for emails and updates. With i’m Watch; I can see notifications silently without disturbing those around me.

How does i’m Watch redefine the traditional watch experience?  

Rena: The Android technology opens up the capabilities of the smart watch experience. i’m Watch is ‘social’, practical, visually pleasing, and moreover completely synchronized with your phone .

What’s your favorite feature about i’m Watch?

AAB: I can’t pinpoint one favorite feature, I love the idea behind i’m Watch as it innovates the way we communicate. The design of the smart watch is also a facet of great interest to me—i’m Watch is completely new and stylish.

Rena: I love the functionality available with i’m Watch. One of my favorite features is ‘i’m Market’ that is similar to the iTunes store, carrying a large, and expandable, selection of applications that are designed for i’m Watch.

Can you give us an example that illustrates how i’m Watch is convenient?

AAB: Say you’re at the gym; you will need your phone, and your music player. i’m Watch combines all of these options given that you can sync the smart watch with your phone, and download your favorite music onto your wrist.

Rena: Say I’m driving, and my phone is in my bag, I can take calls directly on my i’m Watch via connectable headphones, or speakerphone.

Can you tell us a little more about the i’m Cloud feature?

Rena: If you have a Gmail account, i’m Cloud allows you to fully synchronize the information on your gmail account with your i’m Watch, including scheduled appointments, documents, backup phone numbers, and google apps available.

What if I can’t figure out how to configure my i’m Watch to link with my phone?

Rena: The website is a great reference, if you don’t want to go online, you can have the sales team where you purchased your i’m Watch assist you with any setup questions you might have.

Would I need to charge my i’m Watch? If so, how often?

AAB: Like any smart device, you would need to charge your i’m Watch once a day.

How is i’m Watch stylish/fashionable?

Rena: The fine element of Italian design makes i’m Watch stylish, from trendy colors, to the high-end materials used to create the watch. Different category lines, starting from the fashionable i’m Color, to the interactive designs of i’m Tech especially conceived for people with active lifestyles, and ending up with the luxurious and extravagant i’m Jewel collection offer many different style options.

AAB: A customer from Brunei once sent his precious jewels, including emeralds to create a custom made design. For collectors, the different colors and ranges available make for an eclectic collection. The innovative design creates a mélange between the future and the past; at the heart of i’m Watch is the traditional watch that can be classically presented in gold yet it is interchanged with rubber trimmings and the first-ever curved HD touchscreen to hit the market.

Rena: Software updates are always released to ensure that your i’m Watch is streamlined. So, unless you are after a specific new design with different structural options, the technology on your i’m Watch is always expandable and updateable.
