Indira Jewelry, founded by Egyptian-American Marwa Saadawi, is known for its timeless pieces inspired by the region’s history and art.
Last year the brand collaborated with actress Amina Khalil to bring The Geo Line to the world, a collection with fluid and geometric designs.
The constantly evolving Indira Jewelry has now tackled a completely new market segment by launching the “Slate” collection for men.
“Indira’s Slate Man captures the soul of the contemporary man, who complements the Indira woman and embraces a similar philosophy on life. He has character. He has class. He’s always just a step ahead,” the brand said in a press release.
The collection mostly consists of wood, silver, and leather as a base. The colors stay neutral with greyscale and earth-toned color palette. It also blends Egyptian-American heritage with Native American art and weaving.
“Why can’t a man express himself through jewelry the way a woman does? This has been done through millennia from the Egyptian pharaohs to Native American chiefs. Now is the time for the Indira Man.”
