Each manou’sheh served is handcrafted from scratch and baked to order (meaning none of their ingredients are ever frozen!). This little gem of a spot has sought out some of the best Palestinian Za’atar and sumac, use only the best Lebanese dairy, and focus on local produce to create their salads. This is when history embraces quality. Mana’eesh Inc.’s menu is divided into two sections: Make Your Own and Our Favorites. This means that your options are quite limitless and will keep you coming back for more. Make sure to order one of their traditional Leventine salads and homemade hummus on the side to complete the experience.
