Located in Al-Rai, the new facility was inaugurated during a grand opening ceremony attended by AABC`s Management, representatives from Nissan Middle East and members of the press.
The new service center presents a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints through optimized facility design, service process and digital environment. All to guarantee the highest rate of customer satisfaction for all the visitors.

At the highly anticipated Grand Opening event, Nissan Al-Babtain was also honored by Nissan Middle East with three prestigious awards, showcasing exemplary achievement and dedication. The “Nissan Global Award” underscores Nissan Al-Babtain’s outstanding contributions on a global scale, a testament to their unwavering commitment to excellence. Adding to this impressive accolade, the “Nissan Middle East Excellence Award “was bestowed upon them in recognition of their exceptional accomplishments across multiple functions during the brand’s 2022 Fiscal Year (April 2022 – March 2023.

The new service center contains 46 working bays, 10 washing bays and around 66 parking bays, designed to service more than 120 vehicles daily. The modernized service center features digital tablets to integrate the customer journey online and offline, integrates the signature 60-minute Express service. Also present are revamped consultation areas and a lounge along with other facilities for customers servicing their vehicles, where they can oversee the bay area.
