The Palestine Film Festival Kuwait kicks off on Thursday April 25 as part of the Palestine Days event at Contemporary Art Platform (CAP).
The Palestine Film Festival Kuwait is a social impact initiative dedicated to promoting and celebrating Palestinian life, art and culture. Showcasing a carefully curated selection of diverse and innovative feature films, documentaries and shorts, the festival seeks to honor the Palestinian spirit of resilience.
Palestine Film Festival is volunteer-run and 100% non-profit. It was made possible by the support of friends, patrons and sponsors of the festival. Any surplus from the event will be given away to our nominated charities providing emergency aid in Palestine.
As part of CAP’s Palestine Days, there will also be book launches, talks and an exhibition by the Palestinian Cultural Center selling beautiful, artisanal Palestinian products, the proceeds of which go to supporting their relief and aid initiatives.
The films will be projected in CAP’s new, boutique cinema. Screenings are free but REGISTRATION is essential as seats are limited. Find the registration form in the Festival’s Instagram bio @palestinefilmfest_kuwait which includes information on how to become a friend, patron or sponsor.
