Raising Cane’s has been preparing 24-hour marinated premium chicken tenderloins to perfection for fifteen years. Now in Kuwait there are five different ways for you to get your hands on those tasty chicken fingers, sides, and combo meals.
It may feel like a lifetime ago but it was just at the end of 2019 that Kuwait was enjoying the first ever Raising Cane’s Drive Thru in Da’iya Co-op. The Raising Cane’s Arabian Gulf Street branch, is located on the seaside by Bneid al Gar, and this bright spacious location proudly features the latest Raising Cane’s Drive Thru in Kuwait. Safe, easy access for those of you who like to dine on the run, or if you only have a moment to grab your favorite chicken fingers combo.
If you don’t fancy driving through to that side of Kuwait, and it’s more convenient for you to visit the Jabriya branch, then you can now experience car service personally delivered by the restaurant staff directly to you. Scan the QR code for the menu, choose what you want while relaxing in your airconditioned automobile rocking out to the radio, swiping through TikTok or catching up on emails. Car service is also offered in the Shuwaikh branch so if you don’t have long for lunch and want to drive over quickly for a fast pick-up, the eager staff is waiting to take your order. Busy Shuwaikh industrial workers who are close enough to pop across to the restaurant can nip in quickly to order and take away, as all Raising Cane’s branches are now offering takeaway alongside the limited capacity dine-in opportunities.
With all these ways to get your chops around Raising Cane’s delicious goodies, how can you trust that someone doesn’t just walk into the restaurant and get served before you while you’re waiting in the car or at home? To make sure the kitchens prepare your meal as soon as you’ve ordered it, an order sequence system is used which may not sound sexy but it certainly delivers great customer service. There are even designated crew members to manage the various order channels, so whether the branch is calm or super busy they can remain focused on serving you.
With that type of service comes responsibility, and the safety of customers and workers is of paramount importance to Raising Cane’s. To that end, a number of measures have been put in place which is immediately apparent. As well as the basics of facemasks and gloves, which you will see on all employees and delivery drivers, there are sneeze guards used in all branches and clearly marked out are socially distanced spaces. An online menu is available, and digital screens or menu boards are in use but the handheld menus are still there if that’s your preference. If you are dining in rest assured that all surfaces and the dining tables are cleaned frequently. Tables are also tented for additional social distancing. You will also notice hand sanitizer is out for all to use, which is good practice anyway because you’ll want to get your hands dirty devouring those Raising Cane’s chicken fingers with side orders of Texas toast, crinkle-cut fries and coleslaw.
