Rawia, please tell us more about your collaboration with H&M Sport?
I collaborated with H&M for sportswear a few times prior to this one. It has been a journey and I am loving it. Collaborating with an Internationally renowned fashion brand is an amazing experience. It adds value and credibility to the content I provide. What I love about H&M Sport is that every woman can wear it and feel great in it and so naturally it was very organic to collaborate with them again on a larger scale. H&M Sport provides quality yet affordable pieces women of any age can wear daily with many sustainable options. On my social media platforms, I like to support all women to be themselves and love their bodies, to be confident in their own skin. I always want to offer the best to my followers. I want them to trust what I offer or promote through honesty and credibility. I established a trust basis between us which I am proud of.
How does this collaboration echo with your values and your goals as a sport and fitness influencer?
I believe that myself and H&M share the same values. I believe a woman should trust herself and love who she is. She needs to be comfortable with her own genetics, and proud of her uniqueness. H&M provides quality sportswear for every woman at affordable prices no matter what lifestyle she lives as well as sustainable options. My ultimate goal is to motivate and encourage women to live a healthier happier life.
What are your favorite pieces from H&M Sport and why?
I love H&M bottoms, shorts, and leggings. The fit is perfect, especially at the waist, and the material helps shape the body well.
What advice would you give anyone looking to change their health and fitness habits?
I always say: Change is a process. Change requires replacing our old bad habits with new good ones. Habits have developed in us through time. When we repeat an action over and over again, it turns out to be a habit after a while and feels like it is part of us but it’s not. Therefore, in order to change a bad habit, we need to change our actions. we need to repeat these new actions again and again until they become new habits. This process takes time. Scientifically, the faster we apply the change, the less likely we can commit to it. That is why I always recommend taking your time while going through this process. The hardest part of this process is commitment; committing to your new habits. For that reason, I recommend changing one habit at a time.
