Corniche is another great club to join, and falls into the same “pool and gym” category as other clubs – but what sets it apart is their gorgeous beach! FOUR SEASONS HOTEL KUWAIT AT BURJ ALSHAYA
Downtown dwellers have a relaxing and chic haven to escape to this summer at the luxury Four Seasons Hotel Kuwait at Burj Alshaya. Taking opulence to a whole other level, the Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa is situated in a convenient part of Kuwait that will still make you feel as though you’re jaunting off to a chic getaway. But the true winner in our books here, (other than getting to eat at Pepper regularly) is the Talise Spa. BUDGET BEACH CLUBS
These old favorites are actually on the beach, and have been in full effect since before the 1990s giving all walks of life the chance to enjoy Kuwait’s refreshing coastlines. Entrance to these clubs is a wallet-friendly 3KD, making them the perfect venue for a commitment-free day spent having fun in the sun. There are a few littered around Kuwait, but our favorite two are Sha’ab Club (next to Corniche), and Ras Salmiya Club (next to Pearl Marzouq).
WATER SPORTS
This hot-weather outlet might require some more resourcefulness, but we know firsthand, (because we see it all the time) that renting jet skis is possible in Kuwait. Our sources tell us that this happens around the Sha’ab area, Marina area, and near the Kuwait Towers. Get sleuthing and rev up those engines!
