We are not going to lie about it, we are all guilty of polluting. We keep saying we will say no to plastic, but even when we use our reusable grocery bags and switch out plastic straws for stainless steel ones, the plastic sneaks past us. We’ve realized that a lot of the single use plastic waste that we create is caused by our constant cravings and food delivery.
Fortunately, many restaurants in Kuwait have started taking a greener approach to their packaging. Many establishments and delivery services give you the option of not getting plastic cutlery, and although they sometimes ignore it, it is still a step in the correct direction. By buying from places that use dishes and boxes that are or can be recycled or reused is a great way to reduce our plastic consumption. Here are some of our favorite eateries that are helping us do better for our waistlines. But we digress. Our waistlines, shrinking or expanding, can be thoroughly explored in another article, but because we care, we won’t do that to you.
