When you think of vegan fine dining, what comes to mind? A really fancy salad? Well, prepare to have your mind blown and taste buds treated by a spectacular menu at The Regency Hotel Kuwait.

For only two days, The Regency Hotel Kuwait will serve an entirely plant-based menu with seven courses to a limited number of 24 guests at their Al Liwan Lounge.

Award-winning Swedish food artist, Tora Olsson, aka ToraFlora, who is the founder of ToraFloraFood,  has combined food and science to create a menu that challenges the notion that vegan food is limited to salads.

The gourmet event will take place on June 22 and June 23 at The Regency Hotel Kuwait.
