What experience most defined your decision and desire to get into the food industry?
My desire or interest to join the hospitality industry started when some of my friends and I went to attend an event in Taj, west end Bangalore. I thought that the service at the lobby could have been much better and I realized, and was confident, that I could do it better. I always love to make people feel comfortable and it came very naturally to me (thanks to my parents’ genes).
Where is your favorite place to shop for food and ingredients in Kuwait?
I found Lulu Hyper Market the best place to shop for fresh ingredients in Kuwait.
What food most reminds you of your mother’s house, and why?
To be honest I am not much of a food person and I have not, and I am sure I will not, find any food that reminds me of my mother’s kitchen….MOM IS THE BEST!!!!!
When you want to go somewhere else to eat, where do you go and why?
As mentioned, I am not much of a food-loving person. I prefer home food and if I go out at all, I would prefer going to an Indian Restaurant, which serves good North Indian cuisine.
Who in the world would you most like to cook for?
I am good at getting things done or coming up with some creative dishes, but I am a HORRIBLE COOK. So the only person I will ever cook for would be my wife (PAYBACK TIME!!!!)
