Now with the future still unclear, and as most of us still expect to spend more time at home, customers are ready to spend more than before on practical swimming pool features. Awareness of hygiene and sterilization has also changed customer behavior. Pool maintenance contracts, sanitizing, cleaning products and dirt removal systems are in high demand. Although, these products and services add to the cost up front, in the long term they are very beneficial for the client’s investment.
Finally, according to Alghais, the biggest influence on buyers in 2021 is product availability. If a person requests a swimming pool today, they may not see the final product before 3-4 months on average, and with the increase in demand during 2020 which is expected to continue until 2022, it is natural for the delivery periods to be even longer throughout the industry starting from factories, suppliers, equipment retailers, contractors and even service technicians.
