400 Gradi, home of the world’s best pizza, and chef Johnny Di Francesco’s creation, now offers weekly specials to offer novelty to guests on a regular basis. While most guests love sticking to their favorites, they are also excited when they discover new flavors. Every two or three weeks the restaurant introduces two new weekly specials. The items are seasonal; lighter in the summer and more indulgent in the colder months, but always using the fresh produce available in that season. The most recent examples have been Porcini Chicken Safron Risotto paired with Chocolate Lava Cake and Mushroom Gratinata with Chili Chocolate Brownie.
