A few tips for a great yoga experience:
1. Register earlier, to mentally commit and secure a spot!
2. Arrive 10 minutes earlier, to WARM UP and be mentally prepared to receive some love!
3. Discuss any injuries or health issues with me before class to ensure giving you proper modifications for a safe practice!
