Sustainable summer fashion is something we will always get behind! H&M is continuing its commitment to a more sustainable fashion future with a collection of stunning dresses made from recycled and sustainably sourced materials. We’re loving the flowy styles, perfect for our summer staycation in the city! From bright pinks to timeless blacks and oversized prints, we’re marking our calendars for July 16th to shop the collection online at kw.hm.com and in stores.

This is yet another step towards the goal to only use recycled and sustainably sourced materials by 2030 and to make sustainable clothing available to everyone. As part of their long term sustainability goals, H&M is taking a circular approach to how fashion is made and used. This includes expanding the lifespan of products, as well as only using recycled or other sustainably sourced materials. More than half of H&M ́s materials used are recycled, organic, or sustainably sourced and as of 2020, 100 percent of the cotton used in H&M’s products are recycled and sustainably sourced cotton. By 2030 the goal is to only use recycled and sustainably sourced materials.

The new collection includes a variety of dresses ranging from mini to maxi in length, emphasizes freedom and strong femininity by contrasting smocking with voluminous movement. The materials used in this collection include organic cotton, TencelTM, or recycled polyester, and pieces in blends are made from at least 50 percent sustainably sourced materials.
As we’re stepping out into the world again, we can’t wait to rock these dresses from day to (hopefully) night. Paired with the right shades and hat, we’ll be taking summer in Kuwait by stride.
