And sizzle they do. The brunch brings together everything guests adore about Al Bustan: international dishes, a lively ambience, and the signature Radisson Blu attention to detail. Freshly grilled specialties, wood-fired pizzas, sushi, seafood, breakfast classics, carving stations, every corner of the restaurant is alive with movement and aroma.

Walk into Al Bustan this month, and you’ll be greeted by a charming Gingerbread House theme that instantly sets the tone for the season. For Chef David, this wasn’t just a decorative choice, it was personal.
“It actually comes from childhood memories,” he explains. “Making the dough as a family, baking the pieces, having a big lunch, and then spending the afternoon building and decorating the house together. We wanted to bring that cozy, nostalgic feeling to our guests.”
Priced at an additional 10 KD, the Gingerbread House experience invites kids, and adults, to decorate their own edible masterpiece. It’s messy, sweet, and absolutely heartwarming.
“It’s all about family fun,” Chef David adds. “Building and decorating a gingerbread house is such a sweet way to make memories, and sneak a few bites of candy along the way!”

A Feast for Every Taste
The festive brunch is a culinary celebration designed to be as interactive as it is delicious. Whether you’re a grill lover, a seafood enthusiast, or someone who goes straight for dessert, there’s a station ready for you.
“The turkey carving, hands down!” Chef David laughs when asked about the star dish. “It’s the heart of the feast, complete with all the trimmings and festive flavors.”
He predicts clear favorites: “The grill and the turkey for the grown-ups, for sure. But I have a feeling the pasta and ice cream stations will steal the show with the kids, and a few adults too!”
And while the buffet is filled with festive indulgence, Chef David’s personal favorite is refreshingly simple. “A perfectly cooked whole seabass with some vegetables and a little mashed potato,” he says. “Sometimes the simplest dishes are the most satisfying.”
