IKEA Kuwait has been awarded Best Customer Service in the Furniture category by the Service Hero Customer Satisfaction Index (SHCSI) for the eighth time, reaffirming IKEA long‑standing commitment to delivering a seamless, convenient, and outstanding customer experience across Kuwait.
The Service Hero Customer Satisfaction Index is based entirely on independent customer feedback and benchmarks over 900 private sector companies.
“This award means a lot to us because it comes directly from our customers and we are very grateful for the trust they place in IKEA,” said Marino Maganto, IKEA CEO for Kuwait, Jordan and Morocco.

The index measures expectations against real experiences across key service drivers, including reliability, convenience, staff performance, digital experience, call center effectiveness, and value for money. This year, Kuwait’s Customer Satisfaction Index reached its peak at 84.0 points, a meaningful step up from 78.9 last year (6% growth).

In recognition of their dedication and hard work, IKEA held a special in-store ceremony for the co-workers to celebrate their success and contribution to this award.
