Line dancing is easy and it is so much fun! The British Ladies’ Society (BLS) knows that line dancing has many great benefits for the body and the soul as it promotes mental health by stimulating the brain through memorization of the steps, and releases endorphins which reduce stress and anxiety. Line dancing also helps to improve balance and coordination. Learn fun steps so you can practice regularly at home as regular line dancing can improve cardiovascular health, strengthen bones, improve cholesterol levels, and reduce blood pressure – that’s handy for Kuwait life!
Those of you who are not fans of the gym will be happy to know you won’t even feel like you’re working out; you’re just moving to the music and having a great time with a nice group of people. This is why the BLS is very excited to be throwing open their doors to the ladies of Kuwait to host a line dancing event in aid of Touch of Hope Q8 animal shelter. The class is taught by an experienced American teacher and is being offered to BLS members and friends at a super-discounted price. An added benefit is that ALL proceeds will buy food for rescued animals from Touch of Hope Q8 the largest animal shelter in the country serving hundreds of abandoned animals across five farmland estates.
