The mother of three, who has accumulated a wealth of experience from her time in the banking industry and currently the General Manager of VIV Terminal, speaks to us about how she has been working behind the scenes to bring the ultimate luxury travel experience to customers.

Imagine this, you show up to the airport, and you are greeted outside by exceptionally trained staff, they arrange for your bags to be brought in, and for you to be seated in one of three plush suites while the check in process and immigration process is handled for you. While you wait, you are served a variety of snacks, similar to an elegant high tea. You are then driven in a 2023 Mercedes-Benz EQS directly to the aircraft or to a side entrance if your aircraft is on a bridge, depending on the airline policy and the gate allocated to your flight. Having joined at the beginning of 2019, Laila has been working on ensuring it all runs smoothly since VIV Terminals commenced its operations at the end of 2019. Her oversight and p assion for business development, project planning, and keen eye for details has made the running of VIV Terminals at the highest standard.

We handle everything for them. Travelers can enjoy comfort and luxury and plan what they will do when they reach their destination,” explains Laila.
